This is my first workout video for Dragonflyeats and I’m excited to share it with all of you! This is about a 10 minute workout, which is the perfect amount of time to get in a little somethin’ somethin’ while those delicious holiday cookies are in the oven.
Remember, I can’t stress it enough, please go at your own pace, and do only what your body allows you to do. If you begin to feel dizzy or too fatigued at any point, please STOP. If anything feels funny, or hurts in a BAD way, DO NOT continue to do that particular movement. Do something you feel more comfortable with, or skip that particular segment all together. Lastly, HAVE FUN!
