Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Avocado Smoothie. This smoothie has the thick and rich consistency of a milk shake and the nutritional content of a healthy meal. This shake is perfect for both a pre-workout snack or a post-workout snack. It’s easy to make, only taking about 5 minutes total.
- ¼ Avocado
- ½ Banana
- ½c Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp. Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
- Handful of Ice Cubes
- Place ingredients into a blender in the order listed above.
- Blend until smooth.
- Sip in enjoyment 🙂
I used powdered peanut butter here because it does cut the fat down, while keeping the protein. However, you can use regular peanut butter, or any nut butter here, if you prefer.
