Did you know that March is National Nutrition Month? What a great month to celebrate wholesome, healthy nutrition. As you may already know, the theme for this month is “refresh, revive, renew”. My focus this month is to ring out all the bad energy, and yuck, this winter has brought. By following the March workout calendar and my clean, healthy, rejuvenating recipes, I can assure you, you will be ready for Spring in no time!
For National Nutrition Month, the theme here is “Enjoy the Taste of Eating Right”. Remember eating healthy does not mean you need to compromise taste! There are so many delicious foods out there that are great for you! By committing to well balanced food choices, you’ll find you will feel better over all, and your intense cravings for junk food will begin to subside over time. What’s better than that? Would you eat junk food as often as you do if you weren’t craving it?
Throughout March I will be posting a bunch of delicious healthy weeknight meals, breakfasts on the go, and sweets and treats to satisfy that sweet tooth. The best part is, everything is guilt free! Remember, eating well is a lifestyle, a manageable one too. It’s just about finding your balance, what you like and how to fit it into your current daily routine.
