It’s Friday, and I’m feeling lazy. Not in the mood to cook, but also not in the mood to throw away healthy habits.
Frozen tyson teriyaki chicken, brown rice, and frozen veggies. Easy, simple, and guilt-free! Of course frozen foods aren’t the best, but there are some better options out there. Skin-less chicken breast, veggies with no added sauces or sugars, and rice/grains with no added sauces.
- 1 frozen tyson teriyaki chicken breast
- ½ cup frozen brown rice
- ½ cup frozen mixed veggies
- According to instructions, cook all ingredients
- Once everything is hot and ready to go, mix rice and veggies together and place chicken over top
- Serve and enjoy
