What a better way to start than adding a workout calendar!?! So feel free to print it out, hang it on your fridge, next to your bed…and follow along. Remember to do what you can and pace yourselves. In the next couple of days, I will add videos and photo tutorials for how to attempt/perform the workouts listed. Until then, feel free to interpret the calendar however you see fit and get ready!
