Avocado Egg Toast

Quick, easy, and nutritious breakfast here!

This breakfast toast will take you maybe…5 minutes to put together.  And it’s delicious.  Eat it with a fork and knife or fold in half and take it on the go!

Avocado Egg Toast

Ingredients
  • 1 slice Ezekiel bread
  • 1 egg, (prepped however you like)
  • ¼ avocado
  • 3-4 slices of tomato
Instructions
  1. Toast Ezekiel bread to your liking
  2. While bread is toasting, cook up the egg
  3. Once bread is toasted, take avocado and mash it with a fork onto the toast
  4. Place egg over top of the avocado
  5. Layer sliced tomato over the egg
  6. EAT
